We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. When you provide your payment details,
they are securely processed by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS
(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) regulations.
Stripe ensures the highest levels of data encryption and protection.
Your credit card information is not stored on our servers and is securely
transmitted directly to Stripe for payment processing.

Terms and Conditions
By booking a limousine service with Limousines by Fleur, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.
1. Booking and Deposit
A $700 guaranty deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be:
Fully refunded after the service is completed, provided no damages or rule violations occur.
Used to cover any damages, rule violations, or cleaning fees, if applicable.
An invoice for any deductions will be sent to the client.
Payment for bookings, deposits, and any fees is processed securely via Stripe.
2. Rules for Passengers
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the following rules apply:
No Drinks are allowed in the vehicle.
No Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is permitted.
Fees will be charged for:
Any damages caused to the vehicle.
Violation of the no-drinks or no-smoking policy.
Excessive mess requiring cleaning.
The client is responsible for all passengers and their behavior during the service.
3. Tips for Chauffeurs
Tips are optional and entirely at the discretion of the client.
4. Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly.
5. Cancellations
Free Cancellations: If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the pickup date, no fees will be charged.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the pickup date, the full trip amount will be charged.
6. Liability
Limousines by Fleur will not be held responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control,
such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who violate these Terms and Conditions.
7. On-Time Service Guarantee:
If the reservation was made 48 hours ahead, we can guarantee your pick-up On-Time/at any time.
This guarantee excludes weather-related delays.
8. Reservations:
The company reserves the right to reject online reservations without explanation.
If the reservation was made incorrectly (such as a wrong service type, vehicle type, or airport address),
the company has full rights to correct it.
These changes may affect the final price.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By accepting this reservation, the cardholder acknowledges
that they have read this statement and gives Limousines by Fleur authorization to charge
the credit card provided for any amount of charges.
The cardholder understands and agrees to all conditions noted and agrees to pay for all fines and damages.
Furthermore, the cardholder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Limousines by Fleur in the event of any incident or accident
NOT directly associated with the service provided in any of their vehicles.
